This very exciting and challenging position will report to the Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel for the Americas, and will be responsible for handling a broad range of legal issues, including complex litigation, contract negotiations, legal support of business initiatives, counseling of company management, implementation of internal compliance programs, and training. This position will also have some participation in the startup of the legal department and will be called upon to assist in various internal activities.
