Lead and supervise a team of lawyers, handle routine escalations related to Alliance, Resale and Teaming Agreements. Conduct performance reviews and provide required coaching and development assistance. Responsible for and provide assistance and expertise on company’s strategic and major alliances (including resale relationships), assisting Legal Professionals to understand the arrangements that exist with key alliance partners and how to implement these and where appropriate, providing oversight or joint review in the case of strategic cross-organization initiatives.
