The General Counsel is responsible for providing and/overseeing the legal support of the Company’s business activities with a focus on human resources, labor relations, insurance, procurement contracting, liability matters, and management of external counsel. This position will also provide general support to the Company’s environmental permitting, Governmental/Public Relations, internal and external communications. Responsible for providing/overseeing the legal support of the Company’s commercial operations, including the selection, managing, and budgeting of external counsel as required.
