The Corporate Lending Practice Group is seeking an attorney in New York to support the firm’s lending, trade finance, trade services and related activities involving a wide range of clients. The individual will interact closely with all groups involved in these activities including Credit and Operational Risk, Global Client Management, Credit and Trade Operations and Treasury. The individual will be responsible for (i) advising on all aspects of extensions of credit and trade finance transactions, products, programs processes and related matters; (ii) structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing transactions; and (iii) advising on business, regulatory and legal developments with respect to these activities.
