A very seasoned asset management attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling registered investment advisers and bank fiduciary businesses. Provide day-to-day legal advice regarding advisory and asset management activities. Establish and provide ongoing advice concerning pooled investment vehicles, including bank collective investment funds and onshore and offshore private funds. Negotiate agreements in support of the business, including investment management agreements and trading-related documentation (e.g., brokerage agreements, futures agreements, ISDA documentation).
