The position of Senior Counsel - Litigation will report directly to the SVP & General Counsel. The attorney will work collaboratively with management and outside counsel to effectively and efficiently resolve a variety of litigation matters and pre-litigation disputes related to the domestic and international operations and corporate matters of the company and its subsidiaries. Litigation and pre-litigation subject matters include general commercial, environmental, intellectual property, labor and employment, toxic tort and product liability.
