The primary focus will be on implementing and managing compliance with corporate debt and equity agreements and support of and guidance related to the Company’s equity plan. The position will also involve general legal support of corporate initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, intellectual property, corporate governance, financing, and product/service development. Ideally, you have 5-10 years’ of law firm and/or in-house experience managing compliance with corporate debt agreements (including, drafting and negotiation), related reporting and equity plans.
