We are looking for a patent litigator with 5-10 years of experience, great judgment and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage the day to day progress of patent cases. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly learn company's patent litigation docket and practices, identify and manage risks and exposures, and find strategic opportunities for resolution. 5-10 years of major law firm and/or in-house patent litigation experience.
