This position involves providing high level legal support to the Company’s real estate professionals in various areas including preparation and negotiation of various brokerage, property management and consulting contracts and ancillary agreements, claims analysis and support in dispute resolution, management of litigation and outside litigation counsel and counseling Company sales professionals on specific transactions. Company is seeking a Senior Counsel for its Tri-State Region. This position is in our mid-town New York City office and reports to the General Counsel of the Tri-State Region.
