Primarily responsible for reviewing and negotiating bank contracts. Also responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to bank clients regarding matters of bank business to minimize legal risk and liabilities; for representing and advising bank clients on matters involving significant exposure and liability; and for making recommendations regarding the impact of changes under law on the bank’s policies and procedures. Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school required.
