The Counsel will be a critical part of a team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of e-discovery in litigation, ESI retention and preservation, forensic investigations, data lifecycle management, data security, document retention, and developing data and e-discovery policies. The successful candidate has a minimum of 6 years of e-discovery and forensic experience. A strong background in all facets of e-discovery and data management is required, including retention, security, preservation, search functions, review, production, and discovery motion practice.
