The Associate Corporate Counsel position will report to the Deputy General Counsel and will be expected to provide a broad range of legal analysis, drafting and counsel, primarily in the area of commercial contracts in addition to other general corporate and compliance matters. The position will also counsel and assist employees to ensure that the legal rights of the Company are protected, legal obligations and potential exposures are well defined and understood by management and company and its affiliates comply with applicable laws and regulations. This candidate will work closely with other members of company’s in-house legal and regulatory teams.
