Ensure that sales and purchase contracts comply with the company’s strategy and policies, provide guidance to all stakeholders, suggest amendments to Operational management and enable the efficient performance of the business’ operational functions. Provision of review and recommendations for sales and purchase contracts; negotiation of contracts. Collects all information listed in the project risk review assessment (issued by the operational management/local leaders), get input from all stakeholders (including Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.).
