The Senior Staff Counsel Labor Relations & Employment Practices will report into the Vice President Labor & Law. The primary mission of the Senior Staff Counsel is employment litigation management, client counseling, represent Corporation at Administrative Agencies to include trying arbitrations hearings, conducting union avoidance campaigns, provide guidance on labor relations and minimize corporate risk. Provide guidance to management on all areas of employment and traditional labor law matters.
