The Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Vice President and General Counsel. This position will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel regarding regulatory matters affecting the Association’s members. The successful applicant will be an actively licensed attorney with at least five years of regulatory practice experience and able to independently handle numerous legal and management issues with discretion. In addition to the ability to demonstrate experience and ability in the areas listed above, this position requires superior communications, research, writing and analytical skills and exceptional professional judgment and maturity.
