You will be responsible, directly or through subordinates, for furnishing legal advice and services relative to all aspects of the Company’s business and managing its legal function to insure the Company’s assets are preserved, the Company is in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, and providing such prophylactic measures as are necessary to eliminate or reduce present and future legal exposure. The Legal/Risk Management Department assists with the legalities of running our network fertility practices. We are looking for an Assistant General Counsel for our home office location in Purchase, NY.
