The Attorney works closely with a number of functional areas in the organization such as Procurement, Brand, Marketing, Communications, and New Product Development. He / She will manage and support all aspects of trademark licensing and the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts required for the procurement and purchasing function. This position will support the Brand function in the trademark licensing program across the organization, including process ownership development of the program and handling license agreements and other trademark related issues.
