The Assistant General Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and be responsible for: Supporting the revenue generating efforts for both the financial institution and non-bank client sales teams. This will necessitate comfort negotiating large complex agreements with limited supervision. Drafting and negotiating other company agreements, including services agreements, data licensing, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, professional services statements of work, partnership agreements, developer agreements, vendor agreements, etc.
