This position assists General Counsel Americas in the litigation process this may include actual trial, arbitration and administrative hearing work; This position also handles pre-trial activities for claims by or against the organization, including subrogation or collection suits, personal injury cases, labor arbitrations, etc. Researches and prepares legal memoranda, briefs and opinions pertaining to a wide variety of legal issues.
