The main areas of responsibility for the Corporate Counsel will involve coordinating the Contract Review Process with Sales and Sales Operations, negotiating and drafting commercial sales and vendor agreements, drafting and reviewing ’34 Act reports and other SEC filings, regular review and update of corporate policies and procedures, and development and delivery of training for global stakeholders. Ensure contracts comply with all relevant policies and procedures. Draft purchase, service, distributor, sales agent and other sales related agreements.
