Company is looking to hire an outstanding patent attorney with significant patent prosecution experience and technical expertise in software and Internet technologies. Our ideal candidate will have significant (5 years) experience in a law firm as well as in house experience, prosecuting patent applications as well as experience in overall strategic patent portfolio development. The candidate should be both comfortable discussing technical concepts with our developers and able to describe such concepts in plain English.
