Provides basic legal support to the organization through legal research, compliance audits, policy development, preparing and reviewing contracts and other documents, and preparation of legal evidence and arguments to protect the Company’s interests and minimize legal risk. Participate in the definition and development of policies, procedures and programs and provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of assigned areas. Research and prepare appropriate and effective draft legal opinions, memos, and other documents.
