The Corporate Counsel will advise internal business partners on a wide variety of matters and work collaboratively with other attorneys and stakeholders on issues related to client agreements, business matters, and legal and regulatory compliance. The Corporate Counsel may consider issues such as disease management services, reimbursement, adverse event reporting, pharmacy audits, and data exchange agreements. The PCHP Corporate Counsel will be expected to draft or review contracts and to help ensure that all contracts are uploaded into the contract management system.
