The position of Vice President, General Counsel will provide counsel on legal matters as well as advise on the legal implications of all matters. In addition, this position will be responsible for ensuring the company conducts its business in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and maintains a robust compliance management system that enables the company to develop and adopt best practices quickly within the rapidly changing auto finance industry. Act as primary resource and offer counsel on all legal matters impacting the company or the industry, including keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.
