Securities offerings, periodic securities filings, disclosure questions, Section 16 compliance, bank and non-bank mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance issues. This position is part of a team of lawyers in our Corporate, Securities and M&A group. The position will work closely with clients in our Finance Department including Treasury, External Reporting and Investor Relations and will work with cross functional teams within and outside of the Legal Department.
