The Labor & Employment Corporate Counsel will lead and assist the General Counsel and other Corporate Counsel in the provision of all legal work for the Company, but with a specialization in labor and employment matters. Represent the Company before administrative agencies and state courts with regard to labor and employment matters. Represent the Company in unemployment hearing matters. Resolve labor and employment disputes.
