Support Business Development and Engineering teams in connection with: legal assessment of new product offerings, drafting and negotiating related commercial contracts with customers and/or vendors, and ensuring accuracy of all public-facing materials, including our user terms. Assist the Legal/Compliance team in assessing applicability of payments or financial laws to certain offerings within the U.S. and abroad. Assist the Legal/Compliance team in interactions with U.S. federal and state regulators, including drafting legal disclosures and letters or memoranda regarding regulatory policy.
