SVP Legal and compliance will be responsible for oversight of company’s state, federal, and local regulatory compliance issues. In this role, counsel will stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and advise management and staff on best practices. SVP will interact with regulators and auditors as needed in the oversight of internal and external audits. Maintain oversight of company licensing. Review and approve contracts with vendors and 3rd parties.
