A very experienced attorney who is recognized as highly skilled and knowledgeable in his or her area of practice. A Senior Counsel typically will have primary responsibility for a portfolio of disputes involving the Company, including (a) interfacing with internal business clients and Risk and Finance personnel, (b) determining and executing negotiation and litigation strategy, (c) hiring and managing outside counsel relationships, and (d) reporting to senior Legal personnel. JD and 5-10 years practicing law at a sophisticated level, preferably with experience in banking and/or financial products/services litigation.
