Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate Counsel will be responsible for leading the contractual processes for the company and assisting the General Counsel in navigating a broad range of legal issues in a human-centered way. Partner with and quickly guide Business Development, Project and Operations teams through contractual processes. Draft, review and negotiate contractual documents for the company’s five (5) U.S. locations and numerous business communities. Assist General Counsel and Senior (UK) Counsel in supporting the company’s five (5) non-U.S. locations.
