This Attorney will be part of the Corporate Transactions group within Legal, and advise on a variety of matters handled by that group, including but not limited to securities and corporate finance transactions, public company reporting, secured and unsecured lending, real estate transactions, corporate governance, affiliate transactions, and vendor/outsourcing transactions. Client business groups will include Treasury, Accounting, Corporate Communications, Dealer Credit, Sales, Commercial Finance, International Operations, Japan Staff, and Vendor Management Office. The attorney must have a strong background in U.S. securities law and corporate finance.
