Provide counsel to management and project teams as the business positions itself to capture emerging opportunities in the high growth commercial and industrial segment of the energy industry within the U.S and international markets. Research, review, interpret, draft and negotiate project documents such as power purchase agreements, virtual net metering agreements, leases, site control agreements, EPC agreements, interconnection agreements, and O&M Agreements. Lead and support diligence related to acquisition of early and late stage distribution generation projects in the U.S. and in international markets including community solar and virtual net metering projects.
