This position will provide counsel on Marketing related and intellectual property matters respecting food, including claims substantiation analysis respecting all advertising and other promotional materials. Review of all advertising materials including but not limited to television advertising, print, social media, in-store. Management of children’s advertising issues. Review and provide guidance regarding sweepstakes, promotions and other related materials. Initiation and defense of advertising claim challenges involving competitors, FDA, FTC, the NAD, and State Attorneys General.
