We are looking for an attorney to join our intellectual property group as a member of the trademark team. We have responsibility for managing some of the most important assets of the Company, including our trademarks and domain names. In this regard, we routinely advise the business on the adoption and maintenance of marks, we conduct global trademark prosecution, we manage domain names, and we manage a docket of global enforcement matters. In addition, we support other areas of the legal department, including the copyright team on tasks such as counseling, DMCA compliance, litigation, and global public policy.
