The Sr. Litigation Counsel will manage all threatened and pending litigation (including alternative dispute resolution) involving the company’s legal entities in North America in courts, agencies and other panels at the local, state and federal levels, which role includes: Performing initial analysis of claims, engagement of outside counsel, leading litigation and dispute resolution process as liaison with all levels of management (from Global Business Units leaders to line management), identifying business objectives and balancing risks associated with litigation position. Providing written analysis of litigation strategy and anticipated outcome and implementing same with a view towards Group’s risk tolerance and towards preserving positive Group image and financial position.
