Research and provide guidance on the full range of global financial services regulatory requirements for online and offline payments, including FinCEN regulations, network rules, AML processes, KYC obligations, and licensing regimes. Collaborate with external advisors and internal business partners to identify and assess legal, financial and operational risks pertaining to domestic and international payments activities. Provide legal advice to Finance, Product, Operations and Engineering as well as design scalable payments solutions across all new and existing product offerings.
