Support the company’s legal operations by providing a variety of legal services related to client relationships. Overseeing the drafting and negotiating complex customer contracts involving software licenses and various professional services obligations (maintenance, implementation, BPO, hosting, etc.), including SOWs, schedules, work orders and similar documents. Counseling and building strong partnerships the sales organization and company management on legal rights and obligations under contracts and interpreting related laws and regulations.
