Managing and overseeing the negotiations of complex customer contracts involving software licenses and various professional services obligations (maintenance, implementation, BPO, hosting, etc.), including SOWs, schedules, work orders and similar documents. Oversees and acts as the top level counsel to the sales organization and company management on legal rights and obligations under contracts and interpreting related laws and regulations. Leading and overseeing the drafting and negotiating of ancillary agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements, non-disclosure and access agreements, business associate agreements, etc.
