The company is seeking a production attorney with strong transactional skills and entertainment background to be part of its Legal Affairs team. The attorney will primarily provide legal support for the division’s new media team and digital initiatives, working closely with senior attorneys on the team and business executives to license, develop and/or produce the division’s new media entertainment content. Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of agreements involving acquisition, development and licensing of scripted and reality programming, webisodes, promotional and co-branded content and marketing and promotional agreements related thereto and in connection with Network programming.
