The Real Estate Attorney is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and corporate contracts such as leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing, and other ancillary documents. This position also oversees corporate compliance documentation, such as LLC formations and annual compliance. Performs a variety of real estate-related and corporate legal functions for Legal Dept., applying established legal standards, principles, and practices.
