Under general direction of the VP and Head of Corporate Legal, this position will assist in handling the legal affairs of the company, including broad focus in the following areas: business transactions and contracts, strategic alliances, employment, corporate and securities, protection of intellectual property, regulatory compliance, litigation and dispute resolution, and internal legal education. Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate a variety of strategic alliance transactions. Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate a variety of contracts, such as licensing, distribution, consulting services, and vendor contracts.
