The Senior Counsel, Aviation will serve as a senior attorney responsible for supporting the Company’s aviation division, which includes providing legal guidance and oversight with respect to all legal aspects of the division’s commercial activities. This position will work in close cooperation with the aviation division’s commercial and functional leaders to identify and analyze the company’s exposure to all legal and regulatory risk and to minimize and manage such risk in the context of the company’s existing businesses and prospective business expansion and ventures for the aviation division. Overseeing legal aspects of the aviation division's commercial activities, including transactional matters.
