The Associate General Counsel will be a critical member of the Legal Department, providing direct support to the General Counsel and to the Company’s Development and Clinical Services business unit, as well as providing support as needed to other attorneys on a wide variety of matters. This attorney will be the senior legal resource for the DACS group and a member of its Leadership Team, providing advice on, and assistance in negotiating and documenting, all commercial relationships, as well as mergers and acquisition matters and all other matters relating to the success of the DACS business. From time to time, this may include legal advice and support on business disputes, personnel matters and real estate issues, as well as legal training for the DACS business development team.
