This position manages the business operations for the OGC departments; supervises staff in business operations-related areas; acts as primary support for Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary; conducts research and acts as secretary of Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit Committee. Manage the business operations for the OGC and Government and Community Affairs departments, which includes day-to-day monitoring of the budgets and associated expenditures. Manage payroll activities for the OGC and Government and Community Affairs departments to ensure appropriate KRONOS entries are made. Efficiently and effectively triage legal matters that come to the OGC’s attention.
