The Assistant General Counsel joins an in-house Legal Department of 35+ attorneys working at the North American headquarters of an international healthcare company. The incumbent demonstrates experience in general corporate matters, including but not limited to: corporate organization and governance, securities compliance, drafting transactional documents, general contract management and provides diverse general corporate and commercial legal services to the organization in compliance with company policies and procedures, governmental laws and regulatory requirements. The Assistant General Counsel builds, protects and expands the organization’s competitive advantage and customer experience through intelligently managing risk and shaping strategies which drive business objectives.
