The Director - Legal Employment & Administration maintains current in depth knowledge with respect to all federal, state, and local employment and labor laws and regulations. This individual’s primary areas of responsibility include: managing the Company’s compliance with employment laws; providing counsel on matters pertaining to employment and labor laws and human resources practices; supporting the Company’s defense of any employment-related legal or administrative proceedings; and supporting internal investigations on employment-related matters. This individual also drafts and negotiates contracts in support of the Company’s administrative/corporate functions and provides counseling and other legal support to them.
