Corporate Counsel, Litigation will work collaboratively with management and outside counsel to effectively and efficiently resolve a variety of litigation matters and pre-litigation disputes. He/she will be a strategic partner with the General Counsel and other members of the legal department and is expected to contribute to the department's operations, in addition to managing and overseeing litigation related matters. Litigation and pre-litigation subject matters include general commercial, consumer fraud, class action, labor and employment, intellectual property, environmental, and products liability.
