Working as part of a collaborative investment team (including our investment professionals and external advisors) on the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, execution and monitoring of transactions and investments. Reviewing and drafting a wide-range of transaction-related agreements and general contracts, including partnership and LLC agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, non-disclosure agreements and service provider contracts. Summarizing and tracking investment terms and centralizing, documenting and developing best practices.
