The Counsel of Information Technology, will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, practical business solutions and comprehensive legal support to company’s Information Technology group and its business partners in connection with enterprise-level transactions and contracts for information technology related services and products. The Team Member will need to have outstanding analytical, drafting, problem-solving and negotiation skills; be sufficiently experienced in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex IT transactions on behalf of private sector (non-governmental entity) purchasers in order to be able to successfully handle such matters on her/his own without the need for close supervision. The Counsel of Information Technology will need to demonstrate a passion for excellence in providing client service and reports’ to and work side-by-side with Senior Counsel of Information Technology in a collegial, fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
