The Real Estate Lawyer reports directly to the Vice President, General Counsel and works closely with the Vice President of Development/Construction on the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of real estate contracts, easements, condemnations, lease agreements, contractor agreements, and vendors. Anticipates and identifies issues and risks, and recommends potential solutions. Educates, advises and assists in the development and implementation of appropriate processes related to statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with Company policies and federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
